[lug] Has anyone ever seen this?

At work all the Linux computers are using automount to mount and unmount 
NFS filesystems.

One user is unable to write files over NFS using vim.

vim gives the following error:

"test" E667: Fsync failed
Hit ENTER or type command to continue

Google has given no useful information on this error, has anyone ever 
seen this before?

Only 1 machine has this problem, and on that machine, only 1 user has 
the problem.  Everything works fine if I log in as me.  The log files on 
the NFS server and the client give no info.

Any help would be appreciated!
