[lug] Cable modems in Colorado Springs

I'll be moving to Colorado Springs at the end of next week.  Initially
I'll be staying at my sisters house.  She's got dial up access only, and
isn't sure if it even still works.  

Does anyone know if cable access is available in Colorado Springs?  If
not, who is providing DSL there?  I don't really need ISP services, just
net access.  But I'd want full time on, not dial up, and high speed
throughput.
