[lug] Linux compatible dial-up providers

While Earthlink may not officially support Linux, one of the people I work 
with has Earthlink as his main ISP and has his router set up to auto-dial 
when someone inside the network needs to access the net - thus I would 
surmise that it doesn't really require any special support from Earthlink.
