[lug] Stale NFS File Handle

Here's my final update.

I installed a new Kernel (2.6.10) I've been running on my network for 
the past 4 hours with no stale NFS file handles.

But here are my tips...

1.  Set the fsid= in /etc/exports, this is especially important with 
LVM, as the minor device numbers can change on reboot.

2.  Turn of subtree checking if you are mounting directories that are 
subdirectories of an exported directory.

3.  Don't use a buggy NFS server :-)
