[lug] MFFS on Windows

For those who weren't there, Lori gave a great presentation on her
Multi Fork File System (MFFS) which isn't really a filesystem but an
API for creating forks in files and modifying the interior of a file
without rewriting the whole thing. Everyone seemed quite excited at
the possibilities. Lots of people downloaded it and started playing
with it at during the presentation, even.

I waited till I got to work :-)

There was a certain amount of discussion as to what kind of system it
would compile and run on. Any posix system should work, probably 64
bit, maybe MSDOS. I just thought I'd announce that it compiled and
ran flawlessly on my Windows XP/Cygwin system at work. There were a
few warnings about redefinitions of ushort, but that's it.

Nice going, Lori! Very cool project.
