[lug] VSFTP Doesn't connect for some people

To be more specific, you probably want to look at loading the
ip_conntrack_ftp iptables module on your Linux firewall.  It works in
conjunction with the 'iptables -m state --state ESTABLISHED,RELATED' rules.
