[lug] Update on OpenVPN problem - works on DHCP address, not on Static

I have an openVPN Server.  I have it configured with both a DHCP address and a Static address.  OpenVPN clients attach to the DHCP address, but not to the Static address.  
I can ssh onto the Server via the Static address just fine.

Here is ifconfig (with IPs xxx'd out):
