[lug] Configuring SpamAssassin

I've had Spamassassin installed on my machine for several months now, but
it doesn't seem to be recognizing enough spam to keep me happy. So now I'm
trying to learn how to configure it.

But I've got a simple question... When I make a change to local.cf in
/etc/mail/spamassassin does SA know about it immediately or do I have to
restart a process somewhere?
