[lug] rpm verify

When I do an rpm verify, there's a ninth column that's not readily
documented.

e.g.

rpm -V util-linux gives me this

S.?...... /usr/bin/chfn
SM5....TC /usr/bin/chsh
S.?...... /usr/bin/newgrp

According to the manpage, the columns mean

       S file Size differs
M Mode differs (includes permissions and file type)
       5 MD5 sum differs
       D Device major/minor number mismatch
       L readLink(2) path mismatch
       U User ownership differs
       G Group ownership differs
       T mTime differs

so what does the C in the final column mean for /usr/bin/chsh?
