I'm seeing a series of Sony VAIO notebooks, VGN-SZ... series, which have
their graphics listed as an NVIDIA GeForce Go 7400. It also lists this
as having an Intel GMA950 with shared RAM. Does anyone here know if
these work with linux? I've never encountered the GMA-950. Frankly, I've
never owned a laptop. These laptops are a bit unique, in that they don't
have large screens, and they really are portable. I have absolutely no
interest in larger 17" laptops. So...can anyone give me their take on
how well these might work on linux? Especially using NVIDIA drivers for
OpenGL?

I also noticed that ASUS has a laptop that isn't a monster, yet has
NVIDIA for video, the A8Jm-H009H. Can anyone here tell me anything about
how those work with linux...especially OpenGL?

There is a Toshiba Tecra series M5-S433 with NVIDIA Quadro, same
question on linux/OpenGL. Or any info on any of these NVIDIA based
laptops which are under 15 inch.
