At work (Dell units), it's 5-10 motherboard or PS failures for every
disk failure. The PS are particularly prone to die during power
outages whereas our newer HP units seem to be immune to power
problems.

At home with a variety of boxes over the years, it's a tossup between
MB and Disk failure; I've never lost a PS.
