If they were clever, they would use the List-Id header and once you marked
a message from the list as not-spam.  Particularly if it comes from the
same IP address as it previously had.

The problem comes in when people get spam from a mailing list and mark it
as spam, which may influence the list server as the spam source rather than
the actual spammer.
