[lug] Colo space swap?

I am looking for some company which has colo space available, and
would like to swap some of it with us (bivio.biz).  I'm looking for a
colo where we can install our own servers (not hosting).

Our colo is at ViaWest down by Centennial Airport.  I'm not interested
in a swap with someone at ViaWest.  We also will send fair amounts of
data to the peer facility for backup purposes.  If this goes over your
bandwidth requirements, we'll pay for the extra bandwidth, or put in a
T1 direct to our colo at ViaWest.
