[lug] CentOS and newer packages

CentOS has an additional yum repository that offers newer packages.  The
main release is a mirror of Red Hat EL, so to stay compatible they use downl
evel versions of PHP/MYSQL.

See: http://mirror.centos.org/centos/4/centosplus/Readme.txt

You can get PHP 5, MySQL 5, and newer kernel versions.
