The incoming end is perl, which has GetOpts, but I'm not sure that helps when 
rsh is feeding it garbage... part of the problem is I can't guarantee that 
options won't be mentioned in the quoted strings. I've got a workaround for a 
simple case where there is only one parameter that might have spaces in it. 
But one of the scripts has a huge set ao parameters, many allowing freeform 
text.
