[lug] University of Colorado VPN on Linux

CSM is running a similar Cisco VPN concentrator, and I've had luck using
vpnc from the command line on both Debian & Ubuntu; you'll need to find
the .PCF file from the installer on their site to get some of the magic
phrases.
