An install fest is about helping people get Linux installed and working on
their systems.  A barcamp is not.  For more information on what to expect
at a barcamp, go to http://barcamp.org/ and click on the link which says
"what to expect at a BarCamp" (around the 6th line of text on the screen on
my browser).
