I "had" Ubuntu working on a Dell D800. In order to get the wireless to work
I used the LINUXANT software that let me load the Windows driver. It worked
perfectly. I ran vmware, created a virtual machine, and ran XP Pro in the
machine. Then my company replaced my notebook with a Dell 830. As of yet,
I have not been able to get LINUX to work :-( I want my old machine back!
