Yeah, a lot of folks don't realize that AT&T/Cingular/whatever they like 
to call themselves these days, recently upgraded much of the 
Denver/Boulder/Front Range areas with UMTS base stations for 3G high 
speed services.

GSM networks (those that have deployed new gear) aren't the "slow 
bastard childen" of the mobile data networks anymore, wallowing around 
slowly behind CDMA's speed.

Sprint and Verizon have a new (viable) competitor... maybe price drops 
and a price war soon?  (We can dream, can't we?)
