While I'm at it.  Anybody using any of the 1T SATA
drives currently out?  Any bad experiences or higher
failure rates with a particular brand or good
experience with another?

Anything to otherwise be aware of?

For instance, WD is selling what appears to be a lower
priced 1T drive until you read the fine print and it
auto switches between 5400 and 7200 which doesn't seem
like a very good idea for performance.
