[lug] Long Shot for a job

Hi Everybody!

I just recently joined the BLUG mailing list. I am a member of GoLUM (Group
of Linux Users Memphis), and I am looking to move to the Boulder-Denver
area. I know it's a long shot, but I was wondering if anyone knows of any
place hiring. Haven't had much luck landing an entry level programming
position. I graduated a couple of years ago with a degree in MIS, and am
now an open source advocate. I'm hoping to match my skills with my passion
for tech. I've been playing around with every piece of HW/SW I can get my
hands on. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've been
embroidering/digitizing for a few years, so I can at least make you a tux
polo or something.
Having been the help desk/network administrator/maintenance repair
man/operations manager/director of global embroidery systems/customer
service rep/etc. at a local retail establishment, I am simply disappointed
with the management and its gross resistance to change. I figured 5 years
was long enough...
Hopefully this isn't too silly... Thought it'd be worthwhile to give another
lug a shout before I pay CareerBuilder for their "titanium" package
(apparently it puts you at the top of Employers' search lists). Have a good
one, and I hope to meet you soon!
And thanks for your time...
