Yes, I use greylisting, and it is still awesome.  Works extremely
effectively and requires very little hand-holding.  I use it along with a
ton of other things though including hashcash to improve my score on
outgoing mail, SPF, SpamAssassin, SMTP callback, HELO restrictions, valid
domain, blocking things on the top 200 worst offenders list,
auto-whitelist, blacklisting servers that send us spam...  Those are the
ones I can think of off the top of my head.

I have a well publicized e-mail address and I only get a few spams per day
through, maybe up to 5.

The worst offenders seem to still be a lot of the international broadband
connections, and hotmail/yahoo mail accounts, though gmail has really moved
up lately.
