[lug] request for data: cpuinfo on non-x86 cpus

For s390x (64-bit):


vendor_id       : IBM/S390
# processors    : 2
bogomips per cpu: 809.36
processor 0: version = FF,  identification = 03233F,  machine = 2064
processor 1: version = FF,  identification = 03233F,  machine = 2064

Since this is a virtual machine (running under z/VM on the mainframe), this
info can vary depending on number of cpu's, etc.
