Well, first you could try building the packages from rawhide. 
I'm not sure that it will have the needed versions, but it's much more
likely. 

You can find the src.rpms on any fedora mirror, ie:

http://mirrors.tummy.com/pub/fedora.redhat.com/fedora/linux/development/source/SRPMS/xorg-x11-server-1.5.99.3-5.fc11.src.rpm

Note that you may have to build a number of packages to get the
dependencies right. 

Yes, this should hose up your upgrade for X at least. You may be able
to manually clean it up later.
