Yes, and that's actually too infrequent.  We run one standby db which
backups up hourly.  Unlike Google, we can't just slap a "beta" tag on
our logo and people will assume it works anyway.  (BTW, I've lots a
Google Calendar once so now I back those up, too. :-)

To backup my laptop, there are about 80K files in 10GB.  I do that
with rsync over 100mbps.  Since there's not much change (.1%) it only
takes 30 secs.
