I too recommend Google Apps.  Free, lots of storage, and very high
quality services.  Easy to setup and administrate.  Very flexible in
how you want to use it (web email like gmail, IMAP, POP, and/or mobile
devices).  The integration with the google apps calendar & docs is
also very useful at times.
