Yes, that;s true. That's what I've paid for years. Only $74 for
intenet plus telephone service.

There are lots of ways to pick at Comcast, but they do provide goog
reliable (3 brief outages over a period of 6 years. One of the
problems with Comcast internet service is this. I'm on the original
cable rollout that Comcast took over from ATT. That cabling was sized
properly. In some of the newer service areas, Comcast over subscribed
the cabling, and thus thruput is somewhat flaky.
