[lug] svn links

I am developing code for 2 different devices and have been using subversion
(svn) for the version control software. I have a file that is in the trunk
for one device. I want to put the same file in the trunk for the other
device. If the file is changed in the trunk of either device, then I want it
to change in the trunk of both. I see that svn supports symbolic links. I am
not sure how to go about doing this. Does anyone know? Does the symbolic
link go in the server repo?
