[lug] Steve Jobs says that Windows is "open"

He was probably speaking of "open" the way it was used in the 80s and 90s.
Not refering to the source code but the fact that you can install the OS on
any compatiable hardware.  And deploy your application with out the need to
buy developer licenses.
