I was just reading Andrew Tridgell's blog on how he does pair programming.  He shares his desktop 
with VNC and shares the audio with mumble.  VNC (or nx) to many people might be hard on bandwidth, 
mumble doesn't seem to be.

If you don't have lots of bandwidth you could certainly share your slides ahead of time and do the 
audio over mumble (which allows others to speak as well, for questions).

Some of the CLUE people are talking about webcasting their meetings but I don't know how soon 
they'll have anything.  It hasn't been tried live yet.
