Contract to hire opportunity in Broomfield, CO:

100% profitable company. Benefits: 100% paid for that start the 1st of the
month after the person starts / 50% coverage for spouse and 100% coverage

This position will be responsible for providing application support across
multiple platforms. Activities to include issue research, software install
and configuration, general support for customer service representatives, and
application code promotion.

Initial Responsibilities include:
•Research issues that arise in the production system, which may require
partnering with software development and operation team members.
•Support customer service representatives with researching customer
requests.
•Monitor and report on application and server health.
•Deploy code to production systems.
•Coordinate and execute software rollout activities.
•Prepare research reports for upper level management.
•Mentor and support fellow team members.
•Document, analyze, and lead process improvements.
•Participate actively in an Agile environment.
•Assist with Quality Assurance activities when needed.
•Develop, deploy, and maintain application support dashboards.
