[lug] Colorado Income Tax website uses SILVERLIGHT

I guess the 404 was sooo 6 o'clock.  Now that we are in the modern hour of
7:00 it's working.  Install silverlight.  Bleh.

What's interesting though is that I clicked on the Install silverlight
button and was redirected to installing moonlight.  So I installed
moonlight, went back the web site and voila!  Absolutely nothing
different: "In order to provide...blah blah blah..."

I hate to admit it but stuff like this is why I left XP on my netbook.
