[lug] Colo Colo (hah!) Recommendations?

I'm using Indra's net in Boulder for 1 server, and I've got a 1/3rd rack
at FRII in Ft. Collins.

FRII is a nicer facility, it's very modern, well organized, well lit,
and well equipped. Someone is on-site 24x7. Because I'm in a shared rack
at Indras, it's not as nice. Also, Indra's doesn't have someone on site
24x7 like FRII does, so if you have an emergency, you've got to call a
phone # and get someone to come out. Someone took me out by wrecking a
network cable once, OTOH, at FRII when I was in a shared rack, someone
dumped power on the whole rack; just the nature of a shared rack. The
reason I'm in two colos is because I want my web/mail server to be up &
running if my SaaS servers are down at FRII. It's only happened once,
but it was painful.

There's Fortrust in Denver, but when I tried to go there, they had
unreasonable contract terms for 1U colo.
