I want to learn why he only got 5 hours notice. I'm sure there are many of
us who would file amicus briefs(*) on how 1) there are so many common names
that only an idiot would assume that "jonahhunt" refers to this specific
person versus the 100+ matches on dexknows.com and 2) nobody can control
what google et al has indexed.

Meanwhile, going back to the 100+ Jonah Hunts, I think it could be
productive to do some research. Out of 100+ random people you're going to
find some real sleazeballs. There may be a hypothetical Mr. Hunt currently
serving a 40 year sentence in prison. Any page discussing him will,
naturally, need to include text that makes it very clear that it is not
related in any way to the lawyer of the same name.

In fact, many of us should be concerned citizens who also provide links
that clearly state that the lawyer is not the convicted felon discussed on
that page.

Google bomb? What's that?

(*) I know, you won't have amicus briefs at a TRO hearing. But a judge
wouldn't brush off the community response either, esp. since many/most
members of the community would have never heard of the conflict without his
own actions.
