[lug] OT: Where to submit Android bugs

I am made a better upnp for my linux box calling some scripts from the
on_commit section of the dhcpd.conf.  Might be able to have a script that
is called to prevent the DDNS from trying to configure.  Just a
thought...If you would like more info let me know..
