[lug] MySQL vs PostgreSQL

The CERN comparison I found is about 12 years old, so it's not exactly
up-to-date.

Mysql has some pretty quirky bugs, and it doesn't seem to optimize
queries as well as Postgresql. The only place I use Mysql is in
Mythtv, and that's because it's hardcoded to use only Mysql.
