[lug] hosting recommendations

Folks,
I'm looking for recommendation of a hosting company for three domains I
own. Actually I need just DNS redirect for two of the domains (which are
hosted on blogger) a just a single text file (for OpenID) in the third
domain.
Any suggestions for something cheap, not "big corporate stonewall" and that
won't disappear or go out of business tomorrow?
