5Mbps for a max of 3 concurrent calls is more than enough depending on
whether the bandwidth is shared or not.
Bandwidth needs will vary with the codec being used but will most likely be
less than 100k per call.
If using share bandwidth you can look at traffic shaping/setting dedicated
bandwidth for voice if the firewall supports it.
