SEMMSL and SEMOPM numbers above.

On Solaris, bumping this limit (from the default of 30) is accomplished with
the following lines in /etc/system:

set semsys:seminfo_semmnu=150
set semsys:seminfo_semume=150
set semsys:seminfo_semmni=150
set semsys:seminfo_semmap=30

Am I correct in thinking that to change those values under linux I need to
recompile the kernel? Am I looking at the correct values in the kernel
sources above? Do I need to change both of those values? Can someone explain
the comments for those lines?

TIA,
B. Allyn Fay
