Hope I'm not spamming the list, but the company I work for is looking
to hire, and since we are right across the road (at Hanover and
Broadway) I thought this might be of some interest to some of you.

8z Real Estate is a profitable and growing real estate brokerage that
aims to fix real estate. If you have ever bought or sold a home, you
realize that there is, shall we say, significant scope for
improvement. We are profitable and build technical investments to help
people buy and sell homes as a competitive advantage.

The 8z technology team is looking for a self motivated person to join
us and help build and maintain custom web applications, wordpress, and
mobile applications. This is a role with room for you to grow.

We are looking for someone who wants to take part in the whole
lifecycle of projects--from requirements gathering to design to coding
to testing to deployment. Currently planned projects include updating
a back end system to read from an XML feed instead of a web
application, updating a mobile application and writing some wordpress
plugins and theme changes. You'll interact with much of the company,
so great communication skills and a proactive, friendly attitude are
required. We are a small team, so everyone has development and
operations responsibilities.

Our office is located in south Boulder and this position is onsite.
