[lug] Offer: ****load of SCSI stuff

Oops - I had meant to send the detailed list to Tom and a "promised"
message to everyone else. He was first and it would be easiest to just dump
a bunch of boxes in my carport than tracking multiple boxes for different
people.

I still can't believe how many parallel port and printer cables (which can
also be used for SCSI) cables I have.
