This position will have responsibility for providing technical expertise to
Inside Sales, Product Development, Channel Partners, as well as technical
inquiries from end-users for Intuicom Products. The position requires the
ability to perform in a structured work environment, responding within
established timelines to all customer inquiries. This position requires
flexibility and some independent judgment that can have significant impact
on projects, customer relationships and overall performance of the company.
This position requires the ability to manage multiple tools and projects
within given time constraints.

*Responsibilities: *

·  Provide the highest level of technical support to distributors,
resellers, and end-users

·  Provide project support through RF planning/design and network support
including performing RF path profiles

·  Network design and support (LAN, WAN, Wireless), Communications
Technologies

·  Conduct product testing including the documentation of processes,
procedures and outcomes

·  Document successful implementation, technical guidelines, and case
studies

·  Continued education and research/documentation in wireless technologies
and LAN standards

·  Educate distributors and customers through the presentation of technical
seminars and product demonstrations.

·  Some occasional travel may be required with this position
