[lug] up arrow with sftp

Works on my Ubuntu 14.04. Kubuntu probably uses the same package, so I'd
suspect configuration.

FWIW, I thought the up-arrow stuff was just using a readline built into
sftp, but it doesn't look like sftp is reading my ~/.inputrc. :-(
