[lug] web hosting recommendations

Hi Bill.

I'm local here in Longmont, and would be glad to offer a quote. I would
recommend they move to an open source platform known as DNN (DotNetNuke),
and would recommend it be hosted by Managed.com (previously known as
PowerDNN.com).

By switching to a DNN, the small company could manage the entire site
themselves.
