[lug] root-1

when i run ksysguard, it sometimes briefly shows a user called "root-1".  i've seen this sporadically for some time across multiple releases of centos (currently using 6.5/6.6).  is this an EVIL intruder, a bug or what.  i've tried web searches repeatedly with no luck, the search engines, even if quoted or exact phrase is specified, treat the "-" as puctuation and hence fail to find any thing relevant.  any body know what this is or seen the same thing?  thanks.  sorry about previous html, i hate this email service.
