[lug] CM for a small sysadmin.

I was originally going to suggest shell scripts as well since there are so
few potential machines, but I decided not to on the assumption that this
was also to serve as a learning exercise. But yeah, really, for something
of this scale, git and some bash seems like the most appropriately sized
solution.
