[lug] Bicycle GPS

I'm not sure about "athletic endeavors" specifically, but I have been
using Viking for some other GPS tracking / live map / track editing,
etc. and like it.  I use Owncloud to get the files back and forth from
my various devices (mostly android / raspberry pi w/ GPS)
