Yeah, it works fine if you use a browser.  It's gets rough if you
design client side command line utilities that utilize REST APIs via
libs like libcurl.  libcurl works fine.  The underlying distro-specific
installs of the SSL libs and dependencies (like where and how certs get
globally installed) starts to bog things down.
