[lug] Ubuntu/Mint and docker

Thanks Zan.  I was kinda freakin out there for a minute.  It looks like
docker.io got loaded as a dependency for another package.  This was just
the first time I actually saw it running and was highly confused as to why.

Appreciate the advice!
