Looks like recent versions of sketchup work fairly well in Crossover:

It's not an officially supported product though, which means that crossover
isn't doing anything super special to make it go and that it has a good
chance of working in mainline Wine.

Not done it in Wine myself, though I have used Sketchup (2016 I think?) to
do some pretty involved designs. It's a great tool, but I just ran it in
winders.
